After having a great time at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory Desiree took us to one of Ryan's favorite places. He loves trains so we had to visit Choo Choo Bob's Train Store. This local train shop sells everything train. There are even motorized trains running on huge tracks.
When Braxton was Ryan's age he loved trains too. Watching Ryan in heaven at that store brought back a bunch of precious memories.
Just love these kids. Can't get enough of them.
In the back of the store are a bunch of train tables for kids to play with.
There are weekly story times and you can even have birthday parties there.
Next we went to Izzy's Ice Cream which serves handmade ice cream and it was a huge success with the kids! They have about 32 flavors.
Ryan was so fun to have ice cream with. He was sitting between Desiree and I while he ate when he got curious about the ice cream I was eating. I offered to let him have a taste of mine which he happily did and then he chose to help me finish it off. I don't blame him because it was a really delicious flavor and who could resist sharing ice cream with such a cute boy.
