After we left Kathy's Cafe we went for a drive in the country to go visit some family cemeteries. It was actually quite chilly as rain started to fall and the wind picked up. Had to beg the kids to take an obligatory corn photo. "On this side there is corn and on this side there is soybeans." Inside joke! We had far too much fun being silly as we drove! I think all the sugar from Kathy's Cafe's pies finally kicked in. The cornfields are gorgeous!
As I chatted with Hotch I had to hand the phone off to Alyssa when we turned the corner and saw this. The cows were so beautiful peeking above the grass along with that one lone tree.
On the left there were cows and on the right there are horses. Those horses were so friendly. When I stopped to take a photo of the cows the horses started moving closer to check us out. Alyssa loved it!
We all agree that we LOVE Indiana and could totally live there.
